          What is conventional mediation?

An amicable way to settle a dispute: the parties agree to use a mediator who helps them reach a solution, under Law No. 95-17 on arbitration and conventional mediation. It is confidential, fast and less costly than court proceedings.

What is the difference between mediation and arbitration?

In mediation, the decision stays with the parties; the mediator helps them bridge their positions. In arbitration, the arbitral tribunal issues a binding award that can be made enforceable by the courts.

Should my contracts include an arbitration or mediation clause?

It is recommended in commercial, partnership and investment contracts, as it sets in advance how any dispute will be resolved. We help you draft a clear clause suited to the contract.

I am a foreign investor or a Moroccan living abroad — can you help?

Yes. We assist with company formation, administrative procedures, contracts and partnerships; with a certified power of attorney we can act for you without you having to travel, with remote follow-up throughout.

What does wealth and asset management cover?

Managing and protecting your real estate and movable assets: drafting and reviewing contracts, managing leases, regularising the legal status of property and planning its transfer.

          How are fees set?

According to the nature and complexity of the case or project; they are agreed clearly before any action, in line with the rules of the legal profession.
